Owner:
Zefrain M. - Zefrain manages all systems and processes effectively. He possesses extensive knowledge is readily available to assist customers, ensuring peace of mind throughout projects. His primary focus is on fostering business, building trust, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Office Manager:
Alvin - Alvin is the main contact for our clients. Known for his expertise problem-solving skills, he is committed to helping customers access the services they need while ensuring their satisfaction.
Project Managers:
Joe - Military veteran with 20 years of plumbing experience. Originally started learning the trade in NYC where he worked with mostly commercial spaces.
Richard - A local who has was born and raised in the Stroudsburg area. He has 15 years of experience and has worked with the local college and high schools for their plumbing need for multiple years.
Kevin - Very focused and sharp. His speed and efficiency make him an absolute favorite for our customers. He has 10 years plumbing experience and loves his dogs
